• Ferndale was part of a "sole source" team of contractors to assemble equipment from eight manufactures, consisting of 2 Glasstech ovens, 2 Bystronic cutting/grinding lines, 2 Billco washers & Interlake Filter system, 1 Henry Filter System, 3 Precision Screen printers, 2 Fusion ovens & various conveyors, accumulating, loading/unloading equipment.


• Installation of 16 Substations and 35,000' primary & secondary cable, refeed existing plant loads. 


• All work at this facility has been negotiated using the "partnering" team approach. The project has involved work installing new U.P.S. power for new central computer facility, electrical work for the installation of a new roof top substation, installation of glass Lehr 3 site prep and equipment installation, installation of new 1,250HP air compressor to support new process equipment, add new process equipment and wire new glass bag furnace.
