Beaumont Hospital - Royal Oak

• 60,000 square foot vertical expansion of existing Rose Cancer Center including patient treatment areas, infusion cubicles and six additional OR's.


• Addition of Catherization Swing Lab with lighting, power and equipment connections.


• Renovation of existing Family Birthing Center with ten Patient Cubicles and three Labor/Delivery Rooms


• New Master Plan Fire Alarm, consisting of Fire Alarm upgrade for existing Hospital.


• Replace four existing primary transformers in the powerhouse including replacement of existing switchgear, replace two existing generators with two 450Kw generators and associated transfer switches. Perform modifications to three other existing emergency generators to allow all five units to be paralleled together. Replacement of four PCB transformers and modifications to two existing substations.
