• Renovation of the existing powerhouse and installation of new chiller equipment, replace existing 15Kv switchgear with new 15Kv switchgear and install a new 2500Kva double ended substation, two 1000Kw generators & paralleling switchgear, replace existing transfer switches and required controls replacement of existing lighting system with new metal halide.


• Rewire med gas system.

• Relocate electrical for the replacement of existing roof drain conductors in patient rooms.

• Emergency Department Renovation

• Addition to the existing powerhouse and installation of new chiller equipment, install new incoming 15Kv switchgear and reefed the existing 15Kv switchgear and install a new 2500Kva double ended substation, new paralleling switchgear & future provisions for additional generators  (2)  new  double ended substations for critical care tower, Electrical work for new loading dock, pedestrian bridge over Dequindre to connect the East ACC facility to the main hospital, expansion of the emergency department, addition of a new 8 story critical care tower.
