Oakwood Hospital

Dearborn, Michigan

Emergency Room Expansion and Renovation, including Triage and Trauma suite upgrades.

OR Suite Renovation and Upgrade, including update of isolated power system, equipotential grounding system, patient monitoring and medical gas alarms.

Complete removal and replacement of the existing Fire Alarm System in the East Hospital Addition. Hospital was kept in service during the entire renovation.

Project consists of site preparation for 85,000 sq. ft. North addition consisting of 14 basic OR suites, 3 Heart Catheterization Labs, Miscellaneous support facilities. In addition to the above are Fluoroscopy / Mammography Rooms and some minor renovations to existing hospital areas to accommodate the new addition. New chillers, 3 unit substations, and new parking deck for 200 cars.

Expansion and complete renovation of emergency room facilities. Renovation & upgrade of Endoscopy facilities, infrastructure improvements including chiller replacement & substation installation & fire alarm upgrade.

Oakwood Hospital EP Room & CATH Lab Renovation: Remove existing room equipment. New power feeder to rooms, upgrade lighting, A/C equipment, critical branch power distribution and installation of new GEMS equipment

Oakwood Annapolis Hospital

Wayne, Michigan

Project consisted of replacement of main 5Kv switchgear with new 15Kv switchgear to make way for a new addition while maintaining all Hospital operations. This phase of the project was completed ahead of schedule allowing an earlier start on the new surgery expansion project adding new surgery suites that included seven (7) operating rooms. The project included a new unit substation as well as motor control centers, distribution boards, panel boards, generator and transfer switches, fire alarm, CCTV, nurse call, intercom, PA, patient reference grounding and cable tray. The project was completed under an accelerated schedule and completed on time.

Oakwood Southshore Medical Center

Trenton, Michigan

Installation of new primary power system and 15Kv Switchgear and Primary Transformers and replacement of 15Kv Primary Feeders. Emergency Room and Radiology renovation consisting of 5,000sq. ft. In addition to the above new Cath. Lab addition with new Cat Lab Suite, Radiology room and Mammography Units were completed.
