- Electrical work, for the new powerhouse, supplying all utilities, (power, chilled water, steam), to the new Midfield Terminal building. Work includes power & controls for 3 - 5.76 MV natural gas generators, 3 - 37.5 Million BTU/hr natural gas high temperature boilers, and 7 - 1280 ton - 4.16Kv centrifugal chillers.
- Ferndale Electric was one of a team of four local Electrical Contractors called in to complete the electrical work on the new McNamara Terminal when the out-of-state Contractor who started the job, left before the project was finished. The new terminal is a 2,000,000ft² facility.
- Replacement of 400 runway and taxi way signs, rewire 9000 runway lights and complete replacement of all underground wiring. Installation of new substations, back up generator, regulator and monitoring equipment associated with the runway lighting.
- Replacement of Substation 5, 6 & 6A Provide new electrical equipment and related underground duct bank and wiring to replace and upgrade old and antiquated existing substations along with overloaded wiring.
- Installation of all electrical work for the construction of Pump Station #11. Project includes the installation of a mile long duct bank, all control, instrumentation, power wiring, including work required for the (6) 900HP storm water pumps.
