Overview

Service is an integral part of Ferndale Electric’s business. We value the relationships we have built over the years with our customers, servicing some of the same customers for nearly 50 years makes a statement that not many can say. Many of our service personnel have over 10 years with our company and a few over 20 years. Our customers rely on our ability to service them 24/7 to keep their facilities in operation. No matter if the work is repairing a light pole or replacing a high voltage transformer in the middle of the night, we have the trained work force, tools/equipment to handle it. Our service customers receive the same care and attention that we show our contract customers. Ferndale Electric has acquired a reputation for integrity, fast track installations, and the highest quality of workmanship, and is highly respected throughout the industry.
